Hello love,

Yesterday, I was sitting in the garden with my kids and when I looked up in the sky, I couldn't believe it.

I saw something that looked like a full 360° rainbow, all around the sun.

I gave my sunglasses to my daughter to make sure I hadn't gone crazy, but no. It was really there. A sun halo.

A rare occurrence, and I didn't have my phone to take a picture.

Instead, a took a moment to close my eyes and I prayed.

To my own surprise, I didn't wish for more success, money and health.

I connected deeply to what my heart desired, and I could hear nothing but one word.

PEACE.

Inner and outer peace.

Like a call from within to come home to myself.

To quieten the demands and ambitions of my ego, the control requested by my insecurities.

To do everything slowly and intentionally. With love

And so I wonder.

What would it look like - for you and me - to bring that into the way we work?

What if our decisions, the actions we take or we don't take, weren't based either in fear nor in ambition... but just in love?

What would it change?
