Hello love,
Now, it's starting.
The slowing down, the looking in, the inevitable transition from what was and what we no longer want to carry.
My home is surrounded by pine trees. Evergreen, so that one could almost forget that winter is coming. Yet everything in my body tells me differently.
A whisper getting louder and louder, calling me to sleep and rest and make more realistic choices with my energy. To release survival mode and surround myself with warmth, softness, nourishment.
Many of us these last few weeks have had the impression of being caught inside a whirlwind. Still now, I see messages in my mailbox telling me how I should finish the year strong, and I don't know about you but I've had quite enough.
So, in the last journaling session I held in my soulful biz club, I asked:
- What is winter asking me to release?
- Which experiences, mistakes, or lessons from this year can become wisdom for the next?
My invitation, before you rush into anything else, is to tune in a moment with these questions and see what comes up for you.
Then, if you feel called to, I'd love to hear what's present for you.
I’m also working on a little something to help you reflect, celebrate, and set intentions for the year ahead. I’ll send it your way soon ;-)
Power and light,
Jessica
